The book “Integrating Data Science and Earth Science – Challenges and Solutions” was published as part of the book series SpringerBriefs in Earth System Sciences. It is available as open access publication.
The book is one of the outcomes of the Digital Earth project, a collaboration between natural scientists and data scientists from all Earth & Environment Helmholtz Centers. Thus also contributions from Hereon’s scientists were made to the book.
