‘’We CaRe’’ is the blog of the German Cancer Research Center (Deutsches KrebsForschungsZentrum). It presents the voice of the many staff, students and scientists currently working in the DKFZ and associated DKTK network. ‘CaRe’ is an acronym for Cancer Research, a passion for many bloggers here.

In addition to articles on cancer research, here you will also find comments on science, musings as a researcher, opinions on careers, personal stories and events from the DKFZ community, and perspectives on life in Heidelberg and Germany.

This also means that the comments, opinions and writings expressed on this Blog do not represent the views of the DKFZ, DKTK or the Helmholtz Blog portal, but rather of the authors themselves.
